The chocolate chocolate chip pecan cookies were just ever so slightly not as good as they normally are, which made eating a double selection of Eileen's cookies a little easier. End on the tastier one, right?

I want to make cookies (or, as they are correctly called - biscuits) this weekend but my daughter wants to make coconut mice.

Coconut mice sounds like more fun to make than cookies (or biscuits as you say).
