Carl's Steak

Sometimes, against my better judgment, I have cravings for dishes that don't necessarily transport well. M. was walking by Carl's Steak on her way back from a job site meeting so I requested cheesesteaks for lunch. It actually fared better than I would have thought, given the commute back to the office. But even so, it was unfortunately and oddly lacking in cheese. Maybe there was unnecessary cheese overlap and I got only the gap parts.
