On a freezing cold winter day the only thing better than a big bowl of noodle soup are the perfectly cooked piping hot pastas of Pepe Rosso. It's mostly take-out and to-go orders as there are only three tables and an allowance of 15 minutes per seating but if you go before 1pm there's usually a spot available. Halfway through the meal, the steam was still coming off the penne. Hearty and incredibly satisfying. The pasta is so tempting that we've never even tried the salads or panini.
