Mondays, especially following unreasonably cold weekends, are no time for high food creativity. A great way to start off the week is with comfort foods and for that we turn today to Acme Bar and Grill for the usual shared entree platter of blackened catfish, vegetable du jour, mashed potatoes with gravy accompanied by mac and cheese.
