It's possible to be too late for the roast pork at La Nueva Conquista (formerly just La Conquista) but who knew it's possible to be too early??? No matter, the chivo picante (spicy goat stew) we had instead was delicious. Not too spicy, with just a bit of a kick at the end, the stew makes a fortifying meal to kick off the holiday week.
