Lahore Deli

Lahore is technically a Pakistani joint. Though being that Pakistan was once a part of Northern India, their cuisines are quite similar (apparently). Considering that there's much variety in Indian food depending on the region, we hope it's not too un-p.c. to categorize it under 'Indian'.

I don't know if Lahore uses fresh okras, as they have this dish all year around, but summertime does bring about a massive craving for this tasty slimy vegetable!

why don't you just make a tag labeled "desi" or "south asian"? Then you won't have to write a paragraph about being p.c.
