Sometimes when the place you want to go is closed, it's late and you're starving, the best option is to eat at the restaurant directly in front of wherever your feet take you. Which today brought us to Miyagi, an unremarkable place in the West Village. The summer special, tempura soba, was decent enough to satiate our grumpy stomachs.
