Pinche Taqueria

The picture is rather unremarkable as the food is far better than our photo conveys today. Pinche Taqueria's menu is made of 100% natural, fresh daily ingredients. We can attest that the tortilla shells are made to order, each one pressed by hand. We tried three tacos: de carne asada (charbroiled steak), al pastor (spit-grilled pork) and de carnitas (braised pork). The al pastor was the tastiest but we have yet to try the rest of the delicious sounding menu.
