Rain boots are essential today, schlepping through melting piles of snow on the way to have something warm for lunch. There may not be many ramen options nearby but there is no lack of chinese noodle soups or congee. A quick run to local standby, Big Wing Wong, for a bowl of piping hot roast duck over noodles yielded contentedly full bellies.
