Cafe Gitane

Having lunch at Cafe Gitane is like stepping into a scene that is as constant as winter days are long. It is always packed, the crowd is always a little Euro and the food is always decently edible. French-Moroccan restaurants are rare enough around here so the change of pace is nice. The spiced meatballs come tagine style in tomato sauce, the hachi parmentier with a light salad.
