This morning we received fan mail from Marian entreating us with these words: "if you have not had the chocolate pignon tart from Balthazar yet, go now! today! it's beyond words." How could we resist? As non-chocolate lovers we can be finicky about chocolate desserts, but this tart rates a definitive yes, worthy.
