Last time's lunch at Cong Ly was a pretty good description of Hủ Tiếu Mỹ Tho (dai) so we won't bore you with additional details. Suffice to say I think we fulfilled today's lunch parameters: cheap (check!), asian (check!) and tasty (check!).
