4:00pm madeleine

Ever since friend Kathy reported on the best madeleines, we've had a slight craving for that most straightforward of desserts. Fortunately, on the way back from lunch, we happen to snag the last madeleine at Oro's. And more fortunately for us, it was a good one - not too sweet, a bit eggy and with a nice crust.
