Once Upon a Tart, with Ray

A warm summer day requires a refreshingly light summer meal, which we find today at Once Upon a Tart. As you know, we are big fans of the roast loin of pork sandwich at Once Upon a Tart and typically we share the decently sized sandwich along with an accompanying salad. But for Ray, who had no one to share with, a full sandwich and side salad was a bit much by the end. Where is the half sandwich/ half salad option when you need it?
