Boo hoo, we went to Phở Bằng specifically craving some bánh cuốn (Vietnamese rice crepe) but they had run out! Which is good news because it must mean they make a limited fresh batch everyday but sad news because we had to settle for some nothing-special cơm sườn nướng (grilled pork chops over rice) instead.
