Almost a lunch cop-out but damn if peanut butter and jelly on white bread isn't simply a delicious, quick alternative to overladen sandwiches. And cheap too! Best prepared in the morning before heading out to work, by lunchtime the room temp sandwich has achieved perfect squishiness.
