The violet colored meringue of this tart from Oro was so pretty we could not resist. It could have used a touch of tang, but the soft meringue and the salty tart crust were a nice complement to the blueberries. The wee baked meringue bit (cookie) inside was a nice touch too. It's all in the details my friends...
