broccoli and sausage orechhiette

As promised! Lunch today features garden grown broccoli running rampant in our friends' side yard. A fairly easy lunch to whip up for eating on the back terrace on yet another non-summer summer day. Saute up some minced garlic in olive oil, crumble in a fat sausage link from Alleva down the street, toss in the broccoli chopped up into nice bite size pieces and finally mix that whole ensemble in with some just cooked orechhiette and fresh pecorino ramano. You will not be disappointed!
