It's rumored that you have left your patisserie in the capable hands of Pablo, even though just the other week we caught you in your chef whites behind the counter. Far be it for us to begrudge you your long deserved break from baking but if you do happen to be lurking about, perhaps you could address the apricot tart? It was a little off today.
