L'asso, with Thu

I've been enamored of the margherita DOC pizzas at L'asso ever since the world wide web inferred that buffalo mozzarella is, in fact, well tolerated by the lactose intolerant. So I dragged my sister Thu to pizza for lunch even though she had already consumed the leftover pizza in the fridge for breakfast. But cold, day-old pizza from Ray's is not even in the same ballpark as a fresh out of the oven thin crust from L'asso. Good thing for Thu.
