4:00pm butterscotch cashew bar

Buying ingredients for sunday supper, left me in front of Amy's Bread, where I was tempted to pick up a huge slice of cake, but went for the more modestly sized cashew bar. A tad too butterscotch-y sweet for moi, but cashews are pretty good no matter what you do to them. I'm a bit nuts for nuts these days.
