Bethesda Bagels and Leftovers

Thanksgiving dinner was a huge success this year and the turkey came out so well brined and moist that Maggie and I decided to call it The Hamurkey: The Turkey That Tasted Like Ham. Still diligently eating leftovers, today I decided to accompany it with a bagel from Bethesda Bagels, which has been around for ages, and are probably the best bagels in Maryland. After having lived in NYC for over a decade, I still think these bagels surpass many, but not all bagels in NYC.
