4:00pm banana bread by Karen

A little while back, I'd been talking to Karen over lunch about our mutual love of baking and baking supplies. I even went as far as to "recommend" that she buy the baking molds she was eyeing, so that she could bake mini-loaves for her X-mas distribution. Must admit, I had some selfish hidden motives behind that, but how I was rewarded! The loaves have great texture, and a nice hint of sweetness that make it perfect for any time of day.
