4:00pm blueberry muffins

Blueberry muffins seem more breakfast than afternoon dessert but how could we resist? Karen, lovely thoughtful sweet Karen, baked them this morning for the office specifically to "combat the grey and dreary weather". So we had them for breakfast AND afternoon dessert.
