Village Tart, with Storefront and Josh

Both ourselves and our Storefront friends have been looking forward to meeting at Village Tart since they launched a lunch menu. It's a lovely place to have lunch, civilized and charming with a light menu of tarts, sandwiches and salads. We all enjoyed the flavors but with mild commentary like the ham and cheese baguette (a little messy) or the mushroom tart (more open face pastry than classic tart). It's not a repast kind on the wallet as the portions tend to be on the small side but it's a delightful place to meet some friends or to impress a girl.
