We have been receiving seasonal fruit deliveries from Basis every week and his past weekend some rhubarb made its way home to Kristina who sent Patrick back to the office with a big serving of strawberry rhubarb pie. Nothing quite so nice as a lovingly made homemade pie at the start of rhubarb season.

Oh yum! The crust looks so buttery and flakey! I've never had rhubarb before and I've heard that is pairs well with strawberries. Time to find myself some strawberry rhubarb pie!
