07-01 Bon Chon, with Thomas

It's impossible to take a good photo of Korean fried chicken, almost as if the uniqueness of the food itself defies conventional photography. We have yet to try the midtown Bon Chon location for lunch although according to the NY Times, that's the way to go. We have even yet to try the newly opened Kyochon. But until we do, the downtown Bon Chon is pretty satisfying.
