Parigot

11-18 Parigot
Lunch of late has been a very festive and rowdy affair.  Which is not at all a bad thing; rather it's a lot of fun.  However, it is also nice to change it up and have a very civilized and lingering "European" style lunch.  Parigot is a perfect place to enjoy such a lunch. It's distanced itself from the hubub of Soho, and has a pretty authentically Euro/French feel, which obviously promotes un-promptness. The chicken paillard salad was slightly disconcerting in it's new composition (greens on the side) and the chicken was not pounded that thin. Good thing it was still pretty tasty.
