Sau Voi Corp

Errands, oh errands.  Sometime lunchtime is the only time to run those ever accumulating errands.  Today, the errands take me to Canal right below Houston, so I swung a block east to grab a banh mi.  The sandwiches here are not great, and I actually like some of their packaged food better (the sticky rice with pork or beef for instance).  One problem is the bread I think.  As with the Philly cheese steak, the key is in the bread, and sometimes the hardest part to achieve.
