4:00pm financier

Wow, I could not have predicted how fresh and moist this one day old financier from Financier Patisserie would be. It's virtually impossible to tell that it's been sitting on my desk since yesterday. This one is a bit sweeter than I would normally prefer, but turns out to be perfect accompanied by a strong dark cup of coffee.
