In the time it took us to walk from Mulberry and Canal to Centre and Canal, we had already downed more than half the bag of just freshly made Hong Kong cakes. We watched as the woman's deft hands quickly poured and scooped out a batch of our favorite reason to have lunch in Chinatown below Canal.
