Casa Mono, with Thu

I wish the colorful springtime-ness of this pork belly translated to the weather, I forgot how much I hate the vagaries of March. Casa Mono is small and cramped and oh so lovely. The deliciousness of the menu can be a bit overwhelming but we quickly named a handful of dishes without thinking too much about it. Judging by what we had (yum) and the adjacent tables, it doesn't seem like you could go wrong with anything ordered. I especially loved the lightness of flavor paired with an intensity of taste, like in the red snapper crudo we started off with.
