L'asso, with Saha

We were in sync with L'asso for lunch today, we and Saha, but probably because the steady rain outside deterred us from walking much further. Good thing because we had a great pizza today. L'asso is not always consistently consistent, but usually good enough that there are no surprises. Today, however, we had a fantastic pizza. The sauce was a trifle more tart than usual and the crust fresh and yielding.
