4:00pm gourmet sugars

Kathy dropped off some gourmet sugars from Chambre de Sucre the other day, sugars almost too beautiful and delicate to consume. But consumed they must be! And so we did, with a fresh cup of french pressed coffee made by our office mates, whose obsession with the perfect coffee is getting out of control. M. remembers these sugars from her childhood in Japan, apparently a very popular item during gift giving season.
