Num Pang

Fall is a good time for changes, and change came in the form of a drastic haircut today.  Which brought me next door to a favorite we rarely get to patronize, Num Pang.  I love their pork belly, but equally good is the Coconut Tiger Shrimp Sandwich.  I didn't detect any coconut today, but still the just cooked and well spiced shrimp lent a nice light but meaty texture to the uber flavorful sandwich.  It's really too bad there isn't one around our office.
