Red Egg, with Hong

10-21 Red Egg 3
Despite aggravatingly slow service (it was packed), and the chilly air (it's fall) constantly coming in from the entry door, we might have just had the best meal at Red Egg to date. We ordered some of our usual dim sum favorites and then waited patiently for salt and pepper pork chops and duck sliders. It was the duck sliders that moved the meal from just good to really, really good. Not a cheap lunch item, but in this case, well worth it.
