Bowery Diner

The Bowery Diner just opened up this week, but you would never know from the hustle bustle of the lunch crowd that filled the spacious dining room. We split a Bowery burger and buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. The burger was fun, although small and maybe too pricey for its size, but still, we liked it. The chicken sandwich, on the other hand, could really use a far lighter bun than the dense hoagie roll it came on. The bread completely overwhelmed what I have to assume was a nice fried chicken cutlet.
