Despaña's bocadillos (sandwiches) are always filled with quality ingredients but their bread is not always fresh. They use the same bread, but sometimes it's a bit stale, and it throws off their entire sandwich dynamic. Today, the bread was delicious so good that it complemented and enhanced the meat and cheese and took the sandwiches to another level, which is the way it should be every time. Needless to say, today's lunch yielded a happy belly.
