Balaboosta, with JSPY Architecture

07-20 Balaboosta
We finally found something at Balaboosta, besides the small plates, that is really worth going back for - the chicken schnitzel. Not a dish we normally order, for no particular reason, but the cornflakes give it that extra something something. We met up with some young colleagues from our shared alma mater to have lunch, to talk about the practice of architecture and to impart whatever grains of knowledge we might have accrued this past decade. A pleasant way to pass a rainy mid-day hour, though secretly inside the whole time we're wondering when the hell is Taim Nolita going to open up!? We are waiting anxiously!
