Today the summer weather practically begged for a cold soup so we split the gazpacho, the Trio and a Catalan. The gazpacho was a pureed version, not bad but not really stunning either. We've tried a handful of bocatas and bikinis at La Churreria and I have to
say the Classico (ham and cheese) and the Asturiano bocata (pork loin)
remain our favorites.
