Taboonette

While this was happening out of sight but near by (I was going to eat at Nanoosh, but I don't think they were open with a body covered with a sheet in front of their store), I was happy to finally get a change to have this sandwich from a relative newcomer, Taboonette, fresh. I'd had it delivered, but it got a little soggy. It got soggy while I ate it too, but since it was still warm, it was pleasurable. Serious Eats NY seems to love it and I definitely see why. Super fresh, rich and creamy, but in a healthy way where all the flavors seem to tie itself in a messy pita package.
