In brief: The prime rib sandwich is absolute awesomeness, the others are okay to pretty good.

We've got a list going now that M. is back part time but if you have recommendations, definitely send them our way! There is no quick cheapness of Chinatown but we are determined to ferret out goodness anyway.

My sister had never been to Eataly so we decided to brave the crowds. Imagine my utter shock when we arrived to a moderately serene, even quiet, Eataly. After walking, unjostled, through the whole place, we ended back at the hot sandwich station where we should have listened to the guy proclaiming loudly that the prime rib sandwich is the most popular in the whole joint. There are only two sandwiches offered a day, the prime rib and a sandwich of the day. Today's, the pork arista, was tasty though too dry and not nearly as delicious at the prime rib indeed was.
