Live Bait

We've been on the hunt for a place to replace our old Acme lunch of blackened catfish, not a very serious hunt I admit, but we're always on the look out. Live Bait seemed pretty promising despite the frat boy business types lunch crowd. There is something about the grubby and dim interior that immediately reminded us of the old Acme. We split a blackened catfish entree, french fries and a side of veggies. The flavors are straightforward, not as rich or savory as Acme, but definitely worth returning to.
