02-20 Congee
Hello long time reader-friend, this you will recognize instantly - what we like to call the crack dish from Congee. It was so good today that I stopped talking as soon as my mouth closed on the first bite, and I remained silent for the next 5 minutes, savoring the fish and lettuce congee along with the salt baked squid crack. M. didn't even bat an eyelash at my mid-sentence arrest.
