Every day we are waiting for Maison Kayser to open and every day the windows remain papered up. It's ok, LA Burdick suffices pretty well with the always interesting selection of dessert specials. Today is a brown butter rhubarb tart. I'm unable to resist anything rhubarb and it is the season! I hope to eat more rhubarb in the next weeks.
