We had the most utterly satisfying lunch today at Sala One Nine, both from a food point of view and from the company. It's been awhile since we caught up with Lizz, which means we had a lot of laughing and talking to do. Instead of the normal sharing between food lovers, we ordered individual sandwiches. Lizz liked her bonito del norte (spanish tuna) but M. and I were completely mesmerized by ours, the chorizo and lumo adobado respectively. The waiter cleared off three completely clean dishes a short while later. Another winning lunch.
