I have no idea what this gelatinous soup is called. It was my dinner last night and I brought in the leftovers for lunch. Each bite encompasses bits of egg, mushroom, corn, crab and other unknown items, but what makes it so worth eating are the quail eggs, cilantro and dash of pepper. Yum. I didn't quite have enough for two full meals and too much for one so we supplemented with a baguette sandwich.
