4:30pm paradis pie

I'm sorry I don't know the full story about this paradis pie, a friend of a co-worker who is looking to make a dream into reality, brought in some samples. I had a couple bites that packed an enjoyable boozy punch. By the time I ate some though, the pie had lost its shape, but a very nice combination of textures nevertheless.
