In brief: The atmosphere is charming and cozy but the food ordinary at best, though we wanted it to be more.

Giorgio's of Gramercy feels like a cozy neighborhood spot populated by regulars living nearby. We wanted to like it very much but in the end the food was just ordinary, bordering on bland. Still, we would go again for the calm ambiance, the friendly service and the chandeliers.
