In brief: A hustling, bustling chainlet of Cuban food, how authentic you say? I don't know and I don't care because they always serve with a smile and the heaping plate of rice, beans and roast pork fills us right on up.
I used to prefer the rice and beans with roast pork but lately we gravitate towards a side salad, the tartness of the vinaigrette cuts into the savory sweet of the pork.
